What is in the library
41 printable cursive worksheets are published, spread across seven skills and four grades, and coming to 331 ruled lines of handwriting practice in total. The largest shelves are lowercase letters (26), uppercase letters (9) and letter connections (2).
26 of the twenty-six lowercase letters have a sheet of their own, and two of the 30 letter connections the site teaches are published, which is the whole alphabet. New sheets go up every day, and the gaps fill in stroke-family order rather than alphabetically.
How cursive is sequenced here
Letters are taught in the order the hand can manage them, not the order the alphabet lists them. The undercurve family comes first (i, t, u, w), then the loop family (e, l, h, f, k, b), the oval family (a, c, d, o, g, q), the slant letters (n, m, v, x, y, z) and last the mixed strokes (r, s, j, p). A child who has the movement usually gets the rest of a family in a fraction of the time the first one took.
Joins come after single letters, words after joins, then sentences and paragraphs. The 30 connections here are not the most common pairs in English — they are the ones where the exit stroke gives the most trouble. Connections after o, b, v, w (overcurve exit) are hardest, which is why they get sheets of their own rather than being left to turn up inside a word.
What one sheet is like
Every sheet prints on one side, on US Letter or A4, with four-rule guided lines — solid topline, dashed midline, solid baseline, dashed descender — so letter height stays consistent from the first sheet to the last. Tall letters and descenders need all four rules, which is why the middle two are never used alone.
Within a sheet the support comes away one step at a time: a model letterform to study, a traced row where the shape is already printed, a copied row where it is not, and usually a blank row at the end. Nothing needs an account, a login or a subscription, and there is no watermark on the PDF.
